In October–December 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology humanitarian campaigns reported a series of local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup featured neighbourhood cleanups and public-space restoration, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and UDHR-based human-rights education activities delivered through partner programmes.
Activities were reported in multiple European settings, from Italy and France to Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers working with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for news europe today everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
